What is Royale Essentials Service (RES)?

RES was created to provide people in need with a quick, safe and affordable approach to every day necessities.

The hire car industry has come together to help all those in need of essential supplies providing over 1500 professional drivers in Sydney and over 10,000 Australia wide. In times of need, we are working as a team to assist you 24/7 when you need us, where you need us.

Despite the amount of disruption Covid-19, or Coronavirus has caused worldwide, the hire car industry is taking all necessary steps to ensure your health and safety is not compromised.

We have, therefore, taken the following measures in all our fleet vehicles:

• Antibacterial wipes and/or anti-bacterial gel, surgical masks and latex gloves are available in each vehicle
• Door handles, seat belts and buckles, arm rest, all electronic displays and vents are sanitised after every service
• For your safety and that of our drivers, you will be greeted with a light head nod instead of the traditional hand shake
• No reading material will be available in any vehicle
• Drivers are instructed to report any symptoms immediately
• Drivers with any illness symptoms are immediately sent home for testing and self-quarantine
